Ergonx FREE returns shipping:

- Ergonx offers free returns shipping for customers who have shopped via the Ergonx website and need to exchange or refund a product that does not fit and / or is not what the customer expected.

- We used a system called "Hubbed" who have over 3,000 outlets across Australia that allow you to process the return through an online system, drop off your items in the original packaging and box that it was delivered in and use a printed returns label to send it back to the Ergonx warehouse.

- Any returns has to go through our usual screening process to ensure that the product is either faulty or still saleable / not been used beyond just trying the goods on at home.
