I have purchased 2 pairs of ergonx firm inner soles as they help with my planta fasciitis. They are amazing as they take away most of the pain when going about my day to day activities. 100% recommend them.

I tried them all and wasted a lot of money in the process - too hard, too soft, bad fit, etc, etc. I settled on Ergo NX insoles a long while ago and, simply, have them in every pair of shoes/trainers possible. Ultra (Red) ones when there isn't enough room the Ultra Soft (Blue) ones. I even take a pair with me when I'm trying on new shoes, because shoes just seem so lacking and uncomfortable without them.
