Great remedy for shoes that lack arch support

My teenaged daughter seems to favour shoes that have zero arch support (e.g. Converse). We tried other insoles but they made the shoes too tight. These are the perfect addition to make the shoes more supportive without taking up too much space inside the shoe.

Good arch support

Bought for my RM Williams after reading all the reviews. Can confirm they provide good arch support while fitting inside the boot & not making it too tight overall. I put them in first without sticking them down and when I worked out the best position I used the little stickers & they now stay in place perfectly.

Best addition to RMs

I've had less foot pain since putting these inserts in my RMs. I am on my feet all day and walking feels better with these in. They feel very unintrusive.
