WORKBOOT SIZING

WORKBOOT SIZING

Between 2E and 4E Widths? What’s the Difference

The difference between 2E and 4E comes down to the width of the boot.

A 4E fitting is approximately 3mm wider across the forefoot compared to a 2E. That small increase gives you a bit more room through the front of the boot.

Our boots are already designed to be wide and deep, so the 2E is considered a wide fit as standard.

How to Choose:

  • If you’ve never had issues with boot width before, go with 2E
  • If you’ve found boots too tight across the forefoot, go with 4E
  • If you have a wider foot, choose 4E
  • If your foot is regular width, choose 2E

Across all sizes, the key difference is simple:
4E gives you about 3mm more width through the forefoot.

How to size your Full-Length Insoles

Use the removable insole already inside your shoe to find the correct size.

  1. Remove the existing insole from your shoe.
  2. Measure it from heel to toe in millimetres.
  3. Match that measurement to our size guide.

Between sizes? Choose the next size up, then follow the trim-to-fit lines until the insole sits securely inside your shoe.

A proper fit keeps the orthotic arch aligned with your foot and prevents the insole from slipping or sliding.

Tip: Trim a little at a time and check the fit after every cut.

Slimline Orthotic Sizing

How to size your Slimline Arch Supports

For the right fit, measure from the back of your heel to the ball of your foot.

  1. Start at the back of your heel.
  2. Measure to the ball of your foot in millimetres.
  3. Match that measurement to our size guide.

This positions the arch support just behind your big toe and directly beneath your arch—giving you maximum support with minimum bulk.

Note: It is okay to wear a Slimline insole that is small.
