Your working day. Your next pair.

Your arch. Your width.

01 / Start with your foot

A lower arch. A personal fit.

Foot width, instep depth and the shape of your heel can all change the right fit. Set laces with your work socks and check for pressure across the top of the foot.

02 / Comfort through the arch

Contact should feel supportive.

The included Ultra Soft orthotic adds contour beneath the arch. Higher pressure is not automatically better support; compare contact that feels comfortable while standing and walking.

03 / Room across the forefoot

Compare width, not just length.

Selected Helium models offer 2E and 4E widths. Keep appropriate toe clearance while holding the heel, and check available depth if you use your own insert.

Clear answers before you buy

Work Boots for Flat Feet: your questions answered.

Do all flat feet need the same work boots?

No. Flat feet can be flexible or rigid and do not all cause symptoms. Compare your width, heel shape, arch contact and any orthotic requirements rather than buying on arch shape alone.

Should flat feet have stronger arch pressure?

More pressure is not automatically better. Look for comfortable support and get individual advice if you have symptoms or an orthotic prescription. A footbed that digs into the arch needs another fit check.

Can I put my custom orthotic in these boots?

Check the exact model’s removable footbed, depth and heel hold with your insert. Use your normal work socks and follow the prescribing clinician’s fitting instructions.

How do I compare 2E and 4E widths?

Check the options on the exact product and try your normal work socks. Compare forefoot room, instep pressure and heel hold. A wider fit adds width; unnecessary extra length can leave the heel loose.

How can I try the boots before choosing?

Use the Ergonx stockist finder and contact the store about models and sizes. Bring your work socks and any orthotic you use. You can also compare the model-specific size guide before ordering online.

What happens if the boots do not feel good?

Ergonx offers a 30-day comfort guarantee. If they do not feel good, send them back for a full refund. Contact the Ergonx team to arrange the return.
