These work

Could not find time to rest and relieve plantar pain . Bought these insoles and after a few days my plantar pain was relieved. These do actually work!

The best

I've always purchased work boots and a separate pair of inner soles since the soles included are terrible. I purchased a couple of pairs to chuck in my old work boots and golf shoes.

Reduced pain since I have replaced my insoles with these

Have noticed a difference since I put them in my steel capped pull on work boots. May have helped relieve pain in foot and knees but I also do exercises.
