Comfy supportive insoles

I have bilateral insertional achilles tendinitis and was recommended the Ergox ultra soft insoles by a podiatrist. They definitely help support my foot and my high arches. Most insoles or even shoes don’t really have high enough arch support but not these. They’re comfy but not too squidgy underfoot. The bonus is being able to trim them to get a really good shoe fit too. Buying 2 is great value and then you don’t have to keep changing the insoles every time you change shoes.
I definitely recommend them.
