Heat-Resistant Work Boots.
Read the outsole specification first.

A heat-resistant outsole claim has defined test conditions. It does not mean the whole boot protects against fire, molten metal or every hot-work exposure.

01 / Outsole tread + compound

Heat resistance is an outsole specification.

The current Helium product listing states a heat-resistant outsole. Confirm the exact rating for your exposure before choosing; the page does not establish a temperature limit.

Helium All Tan outside profile; no outside zip
Full-grain leather upperDurable coverage around the foot.

02 / Full-grain leather upper

Upper coverage is a separate check.

Helium’s full-grain leather upper is distinct from its outsole heat resistance. Do not infer molten-metal, firefighting or welding protection from leather or a heat-resistant sole.

Comfort after the protection brief is confirmed.

For suitable dry-floor tasks, compare the thick cushioned midsole and included orthotic. Underfoot comfort does not replace the required protection for hot-work hazards.

Answers before you buy

Heat-Resistant Work Boots: your questions answered.

What should I check before choosing heat-resistant work boots?

Confirm the model's stated rating and the protection required for your task. Ask your workplace safety adviser before using general work boots for specialist hot work.

Heat resistance is an outsole specification.

How do 2E and 4E fit options work?

Check the exact product’s current options. Compare forefoot width separately from length, then set the laces for a held heel. The safety cap cannot stretch to solve a cramped fit.

What if the boots do not feel good?

Ergonx offers a 30-day comfort guarantee. If they do not feel good, send them back for a full refund. Contact the Ergonx team to arrange the return.
