More than a soft first impression.

The included Ultra Soft orthotic follows the arch of your foot. Look for comfortable contact without a pressure point, and check the whole fit with your work socks.

Room for your toes. Hold at your heel.

Compare the available width options and toe clearance on the exact model. Keep enough heel hold for walking without overtightening the instep to compensate for excess length.

Clear answers before you buy

Work Boots for Manufacturing: your questions answered.

Are work boots or safety shoes better for manufacturing?

The answer depends on workstation and site rules. Where both meet the same brief, compare the boot’s coverage with the lower safety-shoe profile, then check heel hold, fastening and comfort.

Does antistatic mean electrically insulating?

No. Antistatic and electrical insulation are different properties. Check your workplace’s required specification and the exact model’s documentation, particularly for static-sensitive processes or electrical work.

How should I try boots for a standing production station?

Wear your normal work socks and assess standing as well as walking. Check arch contact, instep pressure, toe clearance and heel hold. A short soft first impression does not tell you the whole fit.

How do I compare 2E and 4E widths?

Check the options on the exact product and try your normal work socks. Compare forefoot room, instep pressure and heel hold. A wider fit adds width; unnecessary extra length can leave the heel loose.

How can I try the boots before choosing?

Use the Ergonx stockist finder and contact the store about models and sizes. Bring your work socks and any orthotic you use. You can also compare the model-specific size guide before ordering online.

What happens if the boots do not feel good?

Ergonx offers a 30-day comfort guarantee. If they do not feel good, send them back for a full refund. Contact the Ergonx team to arrange the return.
