Really helped my collapsed arch!

Bought these to assist with my half marathon training and they made a huge difference. Stopped my foot rolling inwards and made for a much more comfortable run.

Sports Insoles

I’ve got flat feet and had pain in my arches and knee pain and these insoles have helped massively. I do 12 shifts on my feet on hard ground and they have been a game changer. I will be ordering the work boots next as I heard they are really good as well.

I wear ergonx sports all day in my work boots & also my normal walking-hiking shoes & have found them to be the most comfortable & durable of all the insoles I have tried over the years.
They are a firm insole witch holds it shape well over time.
